Texturing a human head in Zbrush

What would be either your favorite or the latest greatest way of texturing a human head right now in Zbrush 3.5? ZApplink still? I have been trying to get a workflow by projecting images onto my model that I prepare in photoshop but it seems tedious...

for real texture work i would use mudbox...
cause you have layer and different channels in mud...
and tools similar to zapplink to...
