Vue Global Illumination on max?

hi. i created a real simple atmosphere on vue (with GI enabled), a land, and imported it into 3ds max. now i created a simple room, where i can see the garden from the window, and render this as an interior, but turns out that i have no global illumination. i have final gather + GI enabled, raytraced shadows for the sun, but it seems that the atmosphere environment overrides my global illumination, with its non-gi enabled light or something like that.

does anybody knows what to do to enable vue scenes GI on max?

thanks in advance!

I too have been trying for longer than I can remeber to get VUE to happily integrate with max (regardless of what E-on say). There is a good thread on here that may help (search for max into vue or some such). Also this may help http://www.imakeu.com/Tutorials/Vue/

I'd be interested to know how you get on.
