Mudbox Displacement errors

First of all Hi Everyone (Its my first post here in CGtalk)

I Would like to ask you about a little problem I've when rendering Mudbox Displacement Maps with Mental Ray.I've tried everything I know , but its not enough to fix those pinching errors.I'll show you an Image first:

*I've followd the Step by Step Tutorial of Neil Blevins, (I've used the 32 Floating Points resolution fot the Displacement) the UVs are right (or i think so, i'll link an image if needed).I would really apreciate a hand on this, i tought it was a Basemesh error, but i've tried with another model and i get the same error (map goes crazy on Eyes, Mouth and Nose)

Thanks again, and sorry about my English (Spaniard here hehe)
