Sumo Oomph, Max Aristov (3D)

Title: Sumo Oomph
Name: Max Aristov
Country: USA
Software: 3ds max, mental ray, ZBrush

Created for ATI/AMD "Get more oomph" art contest, marketing campaign for their high end videocards.
I tried to convey a message of sumo wrestlers being "immovable objects". Having limited time i went for very simple scene with essentially one character, modeled and posed in zbrush. Rendered in 3dsmax with mental ray/fast sss skin material and hdr lighting

I am surprised no one have replied yet. I think you have done a great job. The way you did the parts where the two characters touch are made flawlessly in my opinion. Tad differense between skin tone also helps. I am no expert on this sport, but I can't find anything to give critisism for.
tweak, tweak, tweak, tweak...*poks*

especially for your skin shader.. good job man..
but for your ground... i think you should reduce the reflection you`ve put in there..

Fantastic work.... Amazing skin shader & details...If you put these guys in a Japanese style interior, this piece would look even better...
