Small Rigging Challenge/help?

Hey guys i have a mechanical spider ive been modeling, im not to great at rigging so anyone is welcome to help. I want have it all rigged, so animating wont be completly impossible lol.
if you spend a secon analyzing the model, i think you might be able to figure out how its going to work, but if you are confused at all, just let me know.

Heres the link to the max files, anyones welcome to take a shot, but just dont steal my model :'(

Can you post a still image of the spider? And can you export it out as an .obj file for others to use on Maya or another platform.
