The word for "Art Acadamy" in polish is "Akademia Sztuk Pieknych". I don't know which ones do have 3d art there. But it's probably worth searching for on google or something. I don't know. I live in Sweden but I know that they have pretty good art schools in Poland. =)
Would be nice if you found someone from Poland here that can explain? Hard for me to know. I live in Sweden. I have just been to Poland several times. I recommend you go to Zakopane and also Sopot near Gdansk. ;D Good luck with your searching. They also have some kind of Viking city in Wolin. Just a few tips if you want to travel around too. :P
P.S "Kolobrzeg" in polish or "Kolberg" in german is a nice small summer city in north poland where people visit the beaches in the summer. They have nice beaches, food and summer attractions.
Wish you good luck!

As far as I know, there are no schools in Poland that specialise in 3D. There are art schools though, where they teach you concepts of general art, which in turn can help you in 3D. I'm on my final year of my studies right now (Graphics, Multimedia and Design) and I can tell you with all honesty, that the only thing that I'm going to get out of it is a degree.
If I were you I would try, as hironez said, to contact "Akademia Sztuk Pięknych".
