Let's see our spidey!!!!!

In anticipation of the movie, I did a piece that didn't come out too bad.

Lets see what you got.

Eyes and head look a bit small to me, not sure..

I think I'm going to have to draw some spideys like I used to...

I've been collecting spiderman comics for over 7 years now. Maybe I can scan you some comic images?

Oh and yeah, I think his eyes are a bit small as well, that is if you are drawing Spidey like he is now.
He used to have small eyes, but that is a looong time ago
The webbing rules, alot of spidreman drawers don't spend that much attention to the webbings, good job!

If you want to know my all time favorite spiderman drawer it has got to be John Romita Jr.

That is so funn that people are commenting on the webbing so much.

It was the easiest part of the piece.

It was so random how I did it.

I am glad that you doods like it!

JX!

P.S. anyone got any spidey things they have done?

OK ... here's a spidey-sketch I did today just to add to this thread. What do you think? Should I finish it?

Nice Spidey's guys! I want to see some more.

Kirt, yeah, finish it! It's a really good start. His pose is a bit weird, though. He looks as if he's shooting his webs while sitting in a chair. Make his legs trail behind his body, to give the image more fluidity. While you're manipulating the legs, you can fix his lower back because it's a bit out of whack. I like what you've done with his upper torso. That foreground hand is particularly nice (I have such a hard time with them).

Keep it up!

okay i apologize cause i 'm just WHORING this pic out! sorry sorry for the people that have seen this a million times, i'll do a new one once things get less busy for me

really nice pic joker x. very cool pose! personally i dont know if i like the fingers interlocked/hands clenched together part tho. but the rest is great!

kirt> great sketch. really solid forms! maybe if yu cranked a leg back or even his other arm it would give him a bit more motion so he doesnt look like he's "sitting in a chair"

wooo diggin these emoticons :airguitar

Sometmes I prefer these kind of sketches to all those photoshop pictures that take hours to finish...

sketches that show your abilities very well, I think, more than the photoshop ones do.

very, very nice sketches, by the way...
