Which Car to do for my tutorial?

Hey,

what car should i model for my tut?, i'm now going to start planning and writing it this weekend but am not sure what people would like.
it has to be a road car, simple enough for a beginner, but complex enough to learn from.

What do you suggest?

cheers,

will

If you want to do an everyday vehicle you should do that new 2004 Mustang.

Everybody does a sports car. I think you should do an offroad vehicle, SUV, or maybe even a military vehicle.

I don't have a suggestion for the car at the moment, but I'd say something that has all the bits a beginner should learn how to do. Smooth curves, cut outs, sharp edges, etc.

I'd stay away from sports cars. An everyday driver would be best in my opinion. But something that people will enjoy working on. Maybe a nice Infinity, Honda, or Toyota.

Howsa' bout doing one that never gets done, or at least very seldom, like:
-A Gremilin (can't remember who made them)
-A Ford Pinto
-The Pacer from ???

I vote for the Ford Pinto wagen, LOL!!!

A Lada! Just kidding! If I were to write all the jokes that exsist for that car I'd still be typing tomarrow.

I'd vote for a BMW but since so many people model them my second choice would be a Mazda.

Since there are not many old cg cars around I would vote for a 1968 Chevy Camaro Z28. I can give you some blueprints I have somwhere on my harddrive.

A ford pinto wagon!!!???? never heard of that...

all good ideas,

hmm...in a day or two i might put up a poll or something with the most popular choices.

i like the mx3, i feel that the bumper doesn't have enough 'features' though...
remember that i'll have to find the blueprintsd for whatever car i do, i've never seen the prints for a gremlin, or a pinto (unless you mean ford punto?)

that mustang looks nice!! i was thingking of doing one of them anyway...

great ideas, keep them coming!

Will

<edit> could i see those prints of the chevy? cheers.
