Angry size!!!????

I m new here, how can I rezised my original image to be 20000 bytes?, my original image is: 74k, 730 x 1234 pixels.!!

You can use a complex 3d program but you are having trouble resizing an image?

Open paint program and resize. Also save as JPG and set the compression so that you get the desired size.

Hmm... Well its pretty basic, actually very basic design application procedure.

Photoshop>open image>image size(resize image to your liking)>Save>Save for web>Tweak setting on jpeg or gif option and on the bottom left hand of the screen you will see the K size.

And Viola! There you have it...

I am dumbfounded just like the guy above? You can use some of the most complex software out there but you can't use photoshop?
