diamonds

I`ve tried to make something that I can use in my dayjob.

Think you might serve yourself better with a different render of this. The blue ball seems there for no reason and It would be a lot better to zoom in the diamonds.

nice render, but I agree with xynaria. You need to close up on the diamonds, and lose the sphere.

Add a red (or blue, blue is never wrong) satin cloth under the dimonds... Would look cool.

Yeah, right on!! Satin would definitely rock!! Also, mentioning colours, i read somewhere about the "water" of the diamonds, that diamonds, unlike glass, HAVE colour, that appears faded and hazy in the interior. Till now i only know of "blue water" and "yellow water" you could do that, to show some variations in the diamonds, and maybe set aside one that is completely perfect.?
