facial animation

Here's a small animation I did with a character I setup and I've been wanting to get some feedback on it.

Here's a link to the WIP.

hey, first i think you should think about the chests motion. i know your lasor sighted on the mouth moving but you got to get the body down, even in these short clips or the face just looks out of place.

you should also consider moving the eyes a bit they seem to be just staring at the same point. as a general rule consider the amount of eye motion as a descripter to how allive something is, high energy things move their eyes alot dosile things barely move their eyes. and try to minimize the amount of tweens on eye motion it almost always looks better when its snapy.

so your eyelids are static, when the eyes look down we should see a bit of motion with the lids moving down too. our eyelids tend to stay right on the edge of the iris not right at the edge of our sockets.

the cheeks are great, your really feel the words leaving the mouth, which is the strength of this animation. but the chicks have a 1 2 3 punch patern going, I think it would play better if you deminished 2 to barely noticeable. it would break up the repitetion, add texture to the speach and in general show much better.
