A latest design of residential area (ground level) in 2200 city without a name , after some sketches here come the lastest version .modeling/rendering in maya and mental ray , texture maps done with photoshop .postproduction in photoshop (lighting/sky/smoke) . Original size in 4.2k height (300 dpi) . thanks for viewing .

Awesome!!! Tremendous detail! Very impressive. One crit i have (not that i'm a pro) is the rocks behind the structure look kind of unnatural. Particularly that squarish one on the left. It looks like the relief and detail on the rock is made with a bump map or something. I would think on a render like this that would be modelled. Anyhow awesome stuff.

Can't really think of anything to critique, but I want to point few things that I like about this image.

1. Architectural style is great. It is unique and unlike anything I've seen yet. It has kind of Start Wars feel to it, but it is definitely not a rip off.
2. Lighting! You really place lights well - they give good contrast. I would probably blow sunlight a little more, but the actual light placement is perfect!

"DSedov" before this the sunlight was brighter , but at the end i decided to bring it down . thanks for your comment !

I tend to agree with this.You have a very good sense of urban design.i could see that in many of your posts.
