Blurred Reality
This is a piece inspired by my science fiction interests and my technology-dominated generation. With all the new technology integrated into our everyday lives, people often have trouble discriminating between real and fake (especially when it comes to 3D effects in TV and movies). Digital communication has become a heavy part of our lives and we often find ourselves drifting through cyberspace, integrating their real lives with their lives online. This is especially seen in the world of online gaming. I wanted this piece to reflect this integration of everyday life and cyberspace. I hope you all like it =) Note:: This is a resubmission of http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=644855 . If the mods could remove the original submission, it would be appreciated. I apologize for the inconvenience. |
