lighting question

hello, im a newb be nice plz

i wanted to know how i can get the lighting effect in the image i have attached, the lighting above the LCD TV the 3 lil ones, im using 3ds max 9 and mental ray

what lights should i be using and at what settings, ive been trying for ages and cant figure it out

blah i cant attach probably because im new ill have to link it

that is called IES light, you can get it under Create > Light > Photometric > Target Point / Free point

thanks tecsun

i been looking into IES and experimenting and creating my own files, i did a test render using different ies files for each light

no problem. the IES look nice in your test render. do more rendering and have fun~ ^^
