.MOV Files and Cinepak?

If I wanted to put up a reel in a format people who are Unix bound could see. What should I use. I tried uncompressed .mov in Digital fusion and got a really poor image quality, no matter what setting i used... In fact just doing quicktime at all with no compression looked ugly.

My divix AVIs look good, but many of my target audience would not be able to viee them at work.

Help

Not sure what size your looking at but if your only doing 320x240 then mpeg1 is the most compatible everywhere. Linux, SGI, mac and windows can all play it out of the box.
