Rotating the wrong way.

I am trying to generate a crystaline structure with the help of PFlow. The crystals flow from one orientation into another. I used the "Go To Rotation" and it almost works. All the particles have the right start and end orientation but some of the paticles decide to rotate in the oppisite direction. Why are the doing this and does anyone know what can I do about it?

Oh well, it seems I solved it myself for now. The angle difference was 90 degrees. When I lowered the difference to 89.5 they all rotated in the right direction, strange. But the question still remains, How could I solve this if I needed to rotate more the 90 degrees?

try maybe increasing the integration step from the pfsource modifier panel under system rollout for larger accuracy of the pflow computation
