MAXZcript: wings3D style viewport nav

in wings3d u get to choose 3dsmax, maya, and a couple other different viewport navigation systems. i was thinking u could do this with the help of maxscript. i saw in the maxscript help file somethin about the mousePoint function. i am still tinkering with it cuz im still new to the hardcore maxscripting.

the mousePoint function tracks the mouse movements, i believe it is able to tell whether the rmb is pressed, depressed and whatnot.

i kno a lot of people hav complained about not being able to map the mouse buttons. so this would prolly be as helpful as that LW polylines script they r writing here.

hope someone will be able to shed some light on the subject.
