Motion Tracking Test..

This is my first time posting in this forum, but i thought i would put a link to something that i've been messing with..

I didn't make the model of the soldier it was created by Christophe Desse..

I didn't color correct it or anything, this is just pieced together in AE..
A friend and partner of mine did some color correction in After Effects, and the clip came out really good..

I motion tracked the live action footage with Boujou.. Then exported that information to lightwave where i animated the character.. I then added the live action footage, and the character footage together within after effects and rendered out this clip..
some software to get you started..

For tracking live footage try: Matchmover from RealViz, or Boujou from 2d3.. Both have demos on the site..

You should really download the demo from 2d3 They have tutorials footage and everything.. Pretty simple, but alot of picky work.. Thanks for replying to this post
