Talking Cows With Guns animation

Made a Flash Musicvideo/animation based on the song "Cows With Guns" by Dana Lyons, so if anyone wants to take a look it you will find it on the following addresses:

Or under the "Work" section at:

Not going to tell you what it's about, but the title says some of it.
So I hope you'll like it, and tellme what you think.

I've always liked that song

Maybe I'm the one who's been missing out all along, but when mr. guru is reading books by the "revolutionary veal", I thought that was a pun on the the author of the books being an animal, not the the man-face on the cover in the animation?

Ah well.

I think the cows marching with the green tree passing by is overused for what it's worth, there are some scenes using that, that I think should be cut up into seperate more action-filled segments.

Overall I liked it. It's a fun song, and it's a fun illustrative music-video. Hooray.

in the song it says:

He hid in the forest, read books with great zeal
He loved Che Guevera, a revolutionary veal

So personally I felt it natural he was reading a book about Che in that particular scene, but for what I know both of them could be both right and wrong. Think it's more up to the listener.

The marching scene I must admit I agree a bit with you. But I decided to keep it that way cuz I felt that it was most natural to have them marching on while swearing to fight on. Felt it kept the film more together as a whole. And hey, saved me some producion time
