Muscle flow

Hello I was following along he Tareq Mirza tutorial on human anatomy, and found my self improvising. Since he models so fast I found that it was easier to just see what he was doing, and then fit what he did to my mesh; going exact poly-by-poly was too time consuming. Any way, this is what i have so far. I think it is the right muscle flow, and I do not think I have any tris or n-gons, but I want to post just to make sure every thing flows correctly.

The parts I improvised on the most were the hamstrings and iliotibial tract.
