Unhappy Problem with blend shapes?

I am having some problem while trying to scale down
an keys in a char animation along with the blend shapes.
The blend shapes are properly scaled down. Can anyone
suggest a good solution for this without using trax editor?

Hi

Assuming that ur using maya Select all the keya in the graph editor, go to scale transforms and scale the range this should work.
