Whoops! - Hero - UberSteve

Frank P Moultrie is a small-time crook that suffers from extreme kleptomania. Any time he came across an item that was shiny, he'd pocket it regardless of its actual value. There was never a malicious intent, nor a desire for wealth beyond mere survival. Upon his capture, he was deemed to be a criminal due to his inability to overcome his crippling kleptomania and released on the grounds that he would attend weekly therapy sessions. In one of these lengthy, redundant sessions, he received some rather hasty advice from his therapist: "It seems you've been very selfish in your actions. Perhaps you should try helping others for a change." This elementary suggestion twisted Frank's slant and converted his goals - creating one of the most inefficient crime-fighters ever to grace the local strip mall:

...I'll add the storyboards here in a few. For now, enjoy some concept art.

...as I understand it, 2d animation entries aren't taboo. ...and I've seen several people plan more than one camera angle. I'd like clarification one way or the other, as I'd like to practice my 5d perspective pans.

2D is fine for me.

This is an animation challange, although, its dominated by 3d entries, I'm pretty sure you can do 2d, but as for the camera cuts between two shots.... Its frouned upon. Though, if you do it you wont be disqualified. It just wont add to you chances of winning. Plus 15 sec is a short time and its kinda hard to properly establish more then one shot. (not impossible however)

1 Your 2d kicks ass! What ware are you gonna use?
2 How many frame do you expect to get through in a week?(just curious)

I imagine cell animation is much more time consuming then 3d.
