Lamborghini Murcielago, Ivan Milanov (3D)

Title: Lamborghini Murcielago
Name: Ivan Milanov
Country: Bulgaria

The model was completed for 2 weeks for a tutorial, including some low-poly interior and engine. Programs I've used are 3ds max and vray. Comments are welcome.

Hey Vanko model looks very clean. My main critique would be the lighting and the shaders. I can't exactly discern whether this is an indoor or an outdoor environment. It seems kind of a hybrid but the lighting is very strong and straight down. Possibly, putting an angle to the light might make this a bit more interesting. As for shaders, the car needs slight imperfections in the paint. It's a good start.

Thumbs up

It looks very good! The model looks very clean The enviroment really seem to be a hybrid althogu this doesn't bother me. Maybe you should plat with the shadows. Use the bars above the car something, I don't know Keep it up!

This is nice, but the door cauhght my eye. You should work on them more. The first impression was confirmed after I googled for Murcielago. Compare the doors and expecially mirrors of this to yours:

Id really like to see it with maybe rusty beams overhead instead of the new looking beams and the ground seems out of place in contrast with the walls and their graffiti which are wonderful.
All in all its really a really good image I just feel those two things don't blend with the rest of the image which is a shame and stand out.

The car itself looks brilliant but the falg held in the windows is perhaps slightly too tightly stretched and lacks any shading or contrast, also with such a good car model as the focal point you shouldn't have a background that detracts from what should be the focal point of the image, my eye was constantly drawn to the graffiti on the wall behind the car. I don't mind graffiti but you're taking the eye away from what I should have been looking at, like cubicboy said, something dirty around the car would have been better, playing down the enviroment and showing off the cleaness of the car.
For those that seek perfection there can be no rest this side of the grave !
