help with the rig

hi every one.
these days working with xsi became both enjoying and hard..
and az a freelnacer ..i happened to find less companies that accept me in their workspace
but ... still fighting for my rights for use of the most powerfull,
3d animating soft that i ever come cross with.
eney way... recently i've been working on a character animation..and using the main rig of xsi
but in the middle of animating a strange and big problom punched me.
....when ever i animate the character (specialy when animating the hip controler..)
and save .. and close.. and open again.. bang..!! the upper body is offseted in a great deal..
still ..found this temporary cure that : save the keys into an external clip..
import new fresh model of my character..apply the clip to it ..and delete the old one..
but i felt rather stupid keep doing it..
would some one help me and tell me how to fix this problom..
thanks...
