I need help rigging my arm!

I've been trying to rig my characters arm for over a month and the results have been awful.

When I rotate the elbow inward I get a lot of bending at the elbow joint. Do I have to use deformers when rigging the arm?

And can someone here explain how they rig the arm and animate it without bending. All I know how to do is lay the joints. :(

Thanks for any help!

Hey there!

Try this tutorial, its a different approach to rigging an arm. Dont know how useful it will be for you, but well worth a look anyway!
