Question max best poly tools??

doesn't it seem that max has the best poly modeling tools since you can put cuts basically anywhere you want and not have to worry about having to restrict yourself to 3 and 4 sided polys ?? I am learning LW but wish it had support for >4 polys...

The grass look greener at the other side of the road, right?

Yes, you can cut everywhere you want, but you still have to worry about 4 or 3 sided polygons. A >4 sided polygon in Max is just a bunch of 3 sided polygons with their shared edges hidden.
