Shifting Keys from multiple layers at once?

I have a question... let's say I made a walkcycle and separated legs / torso /arms / head movements into separate layers, if I find the animation to be too slow or just change the timing I shift the keys for the feet... but now all the timing of the other limbs it's off!

Is there some way to select keys from multiple layers and move the at the same time? One bad solution would be to animate in a single layer...

OK... Next feature I would like to see: Have multiple layers on screen (a la After Effects) so that I can work seeing all the keys that compose a give pose... please.
