Does finalRender play well with C4D's modules?

I was looking to add on Hair and thinking particles for volumetric smoke effects and was wondering if finalRender was able to render them with no problem. I was also wondering since I would be purchasing volume licensing for network rendering with finalRender, would I also need to purchase the unlimited net render for C4D?

thanks,
John

All effects that are considered a post effect (like the Hair shader) are not compatible with final Render, but everything that generates geometry does.
So everything from Hair works well with Final Render, except the Hair shader.
Thinking particules will work with it too, but not Pyrocluster (even though it's from the same company).
All these post effects can be composited easily when rendered with AR, though.

For licensing, Final Render uses its own, so it's 10 processors per license for Distributed rendering, and any additional will give you access to full frame render for another computer.
