OpenLabs Synthesizer Model

Here I will share the progression of modeling a replica of an existing product that will then be used by my client to render photo realistic representations. Take note of the usage and mix of hard polygon modeling, subdivision surfaces and booleans (yes, booleans).

To see an actual unit OpenLabs

Sit back, and I hope you enjoy the scroll. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to post them and I will do my best to answer.

Please elaborate. For photorealism, and still/animated use I didn't see too much where I could skimp on details. Edge rounding and such is a necessity because sharp edges are a give away.
