Symmetry Clamp 1.1 Update
Symmetry Clamp has been updated to version 1.1.
The following changes have been made: Symmetry Clamp now works inside R9.1 and R9.5. The plugin has been optimised for speed. No automatic deletion of polys fleetingly aligned to zero during mesh editing (was especially a problem with triangles). Normal Scale and Normal Rotate work smoothly. Only zero-poly orphan points are automatically deleted. Single check box to lock/unlock points. It is essential to view the Readme.txt file before installing and using the plugin. The plugin has been created using the R9.5 SDK and tested mainly in R9.6. I’d be interested in hearing of any issues with the plugin inside of R9.1. After a breather, I’ll be looking into automatic resetting of global variables (not sure whether this is possible) and adding features. Last edited by Darter : 01 January 2007 at 01:18 PM. |

I miss the userdatafield with the lock Zero function. pid The plugin works in R10. You have to load the scene file and save the tag settings from there as described in the Readme file.

yes the example scene works. I just wondered why the lock zero isnt integrated in the tag. Is there a reason for this? pid |

As this is a COFFEE plugin, the only way to do this would be with a COFFEE dialog. AM integration takes a few extra seconds to set up initially but I think the more elegant implementation is worth it.
