First there is no "one" tutorial that will teach you good design skills and how to put together a website.

Second, there are plenty of tutorials that can teach you how to achived similar effects and designs. Ultimately the design and how good it looks depends on you. There is no replacement for a well thought out design, color palette and navigation.

Try these links:

http://www.visualdesigncore.com/tutorials/photoshop
http://www.heathrowe.com/tutorials.asp
http://www.layersmagazine.com/index.php
http://www.computerarts.co.uk/

Some of those effects can be achieved with Photoshop styles, go to the Adobe Exchange and do a search for the ones you need: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchan...0Exchange&avm=1

Finally - sketch out and plan what you want and need. Web pages are deceptively simple but are some of the hardest things to design. Make sure that you don't over do it on the effects and keep in mind the viewing audience (what would make most sense, is an image too distracting etc..).

Hi
What I think it is a matter of taste, I took a look for only one link that you posted Waleed but for me I think simplicity is the way for impressive design.

..and about the tutorials I think Suzanne is Right, you need to see more and with your own tools you design what you feel about the subject

.. one more thing about designing your own page, I know it is sometimes difficult try let another designer do it as another point of view.

Good luck
