writing file error (rame buffer 0 invalid, cannot create file) ?!

Hi guys,
has any of you encountered the following error:

'INFO : PHEN 0.2 progr: writing image file E:\!!! Studio 6 - WORK\3 fratzi\3 fratzi\S6 - 3 fratzi\Render_Pictures\gt_SHD_.1.pic (frame 1)
'INFO : PHEN 0.2 error 051003: frame buffer 0 invalid, cannot create file E:\!!! Studio 6 - WORK\3 fratzi\3 fratzi\S6 - 3 fratzi\Render_Pictures\gt_SHD_.1.pic
'INFO : RC 0.2 progr: rendering finished

This error apears to be random, the same scene renders ok after a computer restart, or just xsi restart or if i render again, but not allways and it's very frustraiting as the render takes some time and after it finishes it doesn't save the file (the file has 1kb)
The output resolution is 5200x8100 but the scene is not very complex. It never encountered this error message again but i didn't rendered at this size neighter.
Can be because i have only 1Gb of ram?
Is there any solution?
Thanks guys!
