What is the application? A Quadro4 380 XGL and 580 XGL will run most 3d apps faster than the GeForce Ti4400/4600's and are cheaper.

the card you mention has 128MB RAM at 550MHz (so that's at least 3.6ns ram) which is better than most 128MB gf4 cards.

quadro 380 and 580 cards are based on the gf4mx, and regardless of their quadro status, i wouldn't buy one.

i believe the quadro 750 xgl is getting a bit of a price reduction now by nvidia, and can be picked up in the US for around the same cost as a gf4ti4600. this would probably serve you better if you are looking for a pro card other than a gf4ti.
