hey this is really great!!! love her stance but the face just doesnt look right, maybe theres just not enough definition i dunno, great work tho

Looks excellent! The only thing I see that's out of place to me is her fingers. I don't know, but they look TOO smooth. But I could be wrong.

Awesome work, I wasn't really in2 u're last gal, but then I'm not in2 the gothic vibe, but this is much more up my street... no (*)'s yet ?!?!?! well here u go and I don't give (*)'s...

Thanks for the comments guys. The fingers could maybe use a little more work for the fairly extreme position, but I got to the stage where I thought that the extra effort wouldn't be worth it - spent too long on it already . Software is LightWave, hair using Sasquatch (LightWave hair/fur plugin).

Inspiration? I've been listening to Noodles lately (the band not the food substance ) so this image sort of evolved fom an earlier abandoned WIP you can see here;


It's not supposed to be a portrait, I just felt like doing somethig a little different from the usual SciFi/Fantasy CGI girls - I like those too though.

Heh, Psil; I'm glad you noticed that it's a real chord position. I definitely wanted her to look like she could actually play, not just pose with the guitar...
