motion blur

is there anything like that in df4?

What you are asking is a little unclear but there are 2 types of motion blur built into Digital Fusion. Since you mentioned after effects this sounds like motion blur just added to an animated layer. You can find these settings on any node in the common control tab (radiation symbol). There is also a directional motion blur node if that's what you're looking for. If you need something more complex such as adding motion blur to a series of images in post or using the velocity channel from an rpf file then you'll have to turn to 3rd party plugins.
