Problem in my character, file attached.Can anyone help?

Hello every professional Cger.
I am a new member, i have to say hello to everyone of you. Actaully i have a prombelm in 3dsMax. Would any one can help me to solve it.

The file in this link is the character that i have physique with the bones. But when i rotate the bone of the foot leg, the skin is twisted seriously and badly. This is my first animated character, can anyone give me a hand to help. I have been troubled with this mistake 2 days long. It makes me crazy. But to any professionals, these may be a minor problem. Can any one help me or fix it and let me downoad it? I really need that.

Why are you using Physique? You should have use the skin modifier instead. If you are using Max8, there are a lot of tool in the skin modifier to help you skin you character better. The Physique was develope long time ago, and they stop developing it since Max3. I personally don't think it's a good tool to use.
