Now here is a real LScript Challenge!!!
I just got Links LS2003 for X-mas and love it.
Not for the game play but along with it you get a free course desiner called APCD,Arnold Palmers Course Designer.
For $50 its a great deal.
You get the game but the designer is where the real fun begins.
I have already made a 3 hole practice course and I am setting up a 18 hole full course.
Back to the topic though.
What I like about APCD is the planting you can do on the terrains.
You can either plant one at a time or use a beziner spline and "forest" a area.
I thought this is great and what would it take to make an LScript to do this point-click planting on say a Lightwave mesh in Modeler and be able to interactivly plant objects?
I mean if this little add-on program for 50 dollars can do it why cant Lightwave do it?
Is it something to do with the code that Lightwave is written with?
Anyhoo...just something to think about.....maybe ...maybe not...
