Concept Sketch: conceptsketch

my concept sketch. Based on a hobit and vast backdrop using volume lighting. Might add abit more to it. Maybe another character.
In brief he's a hobit scientist in search of new life and enters the underworld to reveal its secrets. Armed with a magnifying glass, light and various tools he will be ready to explore the underworld.

Very nice, you have made a lot of progress
I love the creepy atmosphere of your mine scene - The lighting should look very nice.
