I have to say it knocks the 1st one into a cocked hat! Very nice work - I especially like the tower & the lighting therein. Maybe a view from the tower would be good? Also what is the thing in it? It looks like either a seat or an easel of some sort.
The textures look good, apart from the flat green fireguard...
The lighting throughout is good. Looking at the wireframe it looks like you have a spiral staircase inside the tower - in which case a render would be great.
Just out of curiosity, what company is it all for?
