animations constraints

I need some help regarding animations constraints i am using maya and i am very much onfused in thoses constraints which are there under constarints menu in animation it wud be really helpful for me if some one give me some tutorial or any thing which can clear those concepts ???

Read your docs. Then play around with them. It's the best thing you can do to familiarise yourself with them.
