Concept Sketch: Concept Sketch -- version 1



This is the initial image that came to mind.

The man before us must pass through the graveyard to complete his journey. Unfortunately for him, the dead have awoken. He has no time to question the reasons for this macabre witchery, as the dead grow hungry. Armed with stake and hammer, the brave soul takes a final breath before his journey begins!

I think I need to change the composition so that the path leads to a gate at the other side of the churchyard.
I think I should also change the hammer in his hand for a stake, so his intentions are more clear.
I also feel that the cloak should be a different color, other than grey, but that is not important now.
