Concept Sketch: Pre Concept

Geeze work it never ends, I wannna be rich and neva work again in my life :P

Ok here is a few of my ideas, havn’t had time to draw yet so I will just post my ideas

Frist and main: Monopoly
We all know that a game of monopoly is an EPIC journey in itself, try grow up with 4 brothers and sister, one game took all weekend. So I have decide to go with this, with a twist.
Close up on a monopoly board, with pixies or small creature of some kind on the “begin” block of the board, or the GO To Jail one. One is sitting in the car revving to go, other is dancing with the hat, one is pointing it finger at the dog because it made a poo on the board, one pushing the wheel burrow around, a pixie sitting on the thimble reading a newspaper, one sleeping in the shoe, the iron is flying acroos about to hit someone on the head and the battleship on its side and a whole bunch of pixies trying to pick it up, just complete chaos at the start of the game

Second idea and still building on it: The trophy cabinet

Camera is zooming up close to a glass trophy cabinet. The trophy cabinet is filled with sports, academics, war and other trophies. And in the reflection of the glass is a little boy holding a toy gun and a ball admiring his hero’s/father’s lifetime awards

Third: Warriors send off

well I guess a same as the masses but I love warriors and that kinda stuff

Wow! The trophy cabinet!

this concept I like very much. you can do a lot with the child's emotion, where you can see, this is what he wants for himself in the future, this will be his Journey in life, his goal.. Becoming what is father once was..

Other concept also seem ok, I'm just giving my opinion

Best of luck to you!

Hey Rhyder,

I really like concept number 2, too. If well done, this could be very emotional.
The son who dreams of beeing as sucessfull as his father, stares at the trophies and is holding a toy gun. Maybe you could add the mother of the child, with an expression of fear right behind the boy in the reflection. Maybe the mother never wanted her son to be like his dad!

I will have to watch your progress here!
Have a lot of luck and more important, have fun!

Monopoly

Yeah, I like the Monopoly idea as well. I think you'll have more fun working on that.
