OBJ crashed Modeler

I just bought an OBJ file from Turbosquid and it crashes both Modeler and Layout when I try to import it. Any suggestions? Other OBJs work fine. If anyone knows of any freebie or demo coversion software that I can use to make it a LWO let me know. Thanks!

I'd suggest contacting the author of that file, and ask him if he can convert it to another file format.

Otherwise, contact Turbo Squid and tell them that the model you've bought from this guy crashes your application. Maybe they (and they should) will refund your expenses.

Download wings3d (its free), open the .obj in there and re-save it with another name as .obj again, might help...if it crashes Wings too, then the .obj is corrupt somehow.
