logo animation and short film: "Balloon"

hi everybody!

please have a look at

there you will find a logo animation i made, followed by my first short film called "balloon". the short is filmed, so for 3D animation its only about the logo at the beginning. tell me what you think and if you like, enjoy the filmed short.

The logo animation was pretty good. I thought the short film was creative. For some reason it reminded me of "Bill Nye the Science Guy". LOL. I'm no filmmaker but don't you need a story for a short. Like climax and resolution. You did a great job with your first try. May want to post the short in a different forum though. It might get pulled.

Hey olf,

Well at first I was like......where's all the cg?? What is this crap? YOU SON OF A MOTHER!!!

But then I kept watching and it turned out to be extremely cool! You did a great job of editing it succinctly and it was very fun to watch! Great work!!!

I disagree with detached also, you certainly don't always need to follow a conventional storytelling pattern (beginning-middle-end) for a short film. And judging by the quality of the editing I highly doubt this is his "first try" either
