Greeble for everyone!

I stumbled across a nice greeble tutorial in a german cinema forum and asked for permission to translate it, so now it's available in english too. Doesn't need any commercial plugins. Since the greeble topic keeps popping up in here I thought I'd let you know.

thanks for the link, but I'm confused. he said you can do it without a special plugin and then goes and says you need the chestnuts pluging.

Hi Janine,

That's a nice translation and method to do these things.
Speaking of doing ..... I've had a go at your lamp image.
Here's my version:Hope it meets with your approval

Hmm, maybe I should have used "dedicated" as a translation. The plugin he's referring to is a free one for doing a random polygon selection. What he means is that you don't need a special greeble plugin.

Hmmm.... How about you make something not quite so similar? It's very good, but be creative, do something that's yours, not nicking other people's ideas.
