Good work, but needs definition

I think it looks very good, the style is cool, however, if as you say he is supposed to be a priest, I think you missed that point. His expression does show some "peace" or "tranquillity", but I wouldn't say he looks like a priest.

Perhaps add something that identifies him as a priest? You know, the typical cross or a necklace or a staff or whatever. If you hadn't specified in your post that it was a priest, I'd have thought he was just some guy.

BTW, if this is a concept drawing, I'd think you would want to stay away from the blur and keep the details as visible as possible.

well the thing is i am trying to create a new mythology no conventionalities.....

but i like ur idea i would certainly add more detauils to it

I like it a lot. i get the feeling he's an african tribal priest of some sort, which is cool. good job man. what did you use to draw that? wacom or on paper?
