Question Help needed

Hi everybody,
This is the first time i'm posting my request. I'm mediocre with lots of imaginative potential and aptitude for animation, but i dont have proper learning resources and someone who can really guide me. I have written 5 short scripts, and i want to make short animated movie from them. Can you please tell me few links from where i can get basic tutorials for 3dmax 7 and FLash 5 and mx.
I have made many short clips using photoshop and premeire pro, hopefully i will post them next time.
i would be eagerly waiting for your guidance.

Being an artist doesn't take much, just everything you've got.
