Environment Artist Demoreel2005

Hi all,
This is my new reel that i use to apply in environment artist position in some game development. I use 3dsmax, Photoshop and Aftereffect.
Actually i don't know how to make a good reel for environment artist yet, ( not like character modeller or technical director..... i knew that all ),
so, comment and critique are welcome,

great start so far, the modeling and proportions looks good. the texturing may need more work. the glasses on the bulldozer needs more texture work, like little more dirt.
i got several suggestions
for a game dev reel one of the most important things is the texturing, and your ability to paint realistic textures with minimal reference images. show model close ups to show the texture details.
you dont need to show the real photos after which you modeled.
people who look at your reel will know if you got the proportion down by just looking at the models.
also, you might want to demonstrate normal mapping. on low poly env it enhances surface detail with low polycount.
i wouldnt suggest GI/FG renders, rather try to fake the GI and FG with texturing.
show the polycount(triangles) of each level/object you are modeling.
your wireframe renders looks little low res, may be because of hardware rendering.
so for better wires simply make texture with the UV layout, may be grey background and white UVs and apply that as texture and do regular software render with that.
last and not least show you UV layout skills which is very important.
like for example you could show the UV layout of the bulldozer you have.
oh, and try to lower the music or not use it at all.
actually, most of the time people just hit the mute button before watching a reel because good or bad music it distracts the work(in case of modeling/texturing reels only)

Ok, Thanks a lot for the advice,

maybe i need more learning about unwrap UVW now.... and turn the music down low......
