Ice cube shading test (animation)

This is a shading test for an ice cube that I did at the job during breaks, with some animation included. My goal was to create an ice effect using just standard shaders, without resorting to Mental Ray artifacts (by this I am not questioning MR, just looking for a suitable shader for cases when rendering time is at stake).

Comments and critique are welcome.

Software: Maya 6.5
Render: Maya Software
Resolution: 640 x 480
Frame rate: 25 fps
Video codec: Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2
