Copying Folder

hello

I can copy files with "sysFile -copy". But I can't copy folders with this command. Any idea ?

use the "system" command like so:

system "[doscommandforcopy] myFolder"

I really forgot the DOS command, so sorry.....

Xcopy

use xcopy

in console, type > xcopy /? to find out the options.

thanks for post

xcopy is great, but I have no idea how can I use it with mel. I try so many way to do that. But I coudn't. any idea ?

system "xcopy /d C:\\test1 c:\\test2";

this will copy the files in C:\temp1 to c:\temp2
u can use mel to construct a string to do this for u..

system "xcopy D:\\fromhere D:\\here/s/e";
